Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to inspect your kite and ensure it meets your flying aspirations.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

We Accept Returns/Exchanges When:

  • Product arrives damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Item is in original condition with all tags and packaging
  • Product has not been used or flown

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the specialized nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized kites (including select models from our Accent and Accent Seasons collections)
  • Opened safety equipment or accessories
  • Kites that show signs of use, wear, or have been flown

Step-by-Step Return Process

1 Contact Our Support Team

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

2 Receive Return Authorization

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization.

3 Package Your Item

Securely package the kite in its original packaging with all included materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

4 Ship to Our Address

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You should see the refund in your account within 7-10 business days after we process it

Refund Method

Refunds are processed through the same payment method you used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to your card
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

The refund amount will exclude original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error) and any applicable restocking fees for damaged or used items.

Exchange Process

Prefer a different kite? We’re happy to help you exchange for another model from our extensive collection, whether you’re looking to upgrade to our 56-inch Flo-Tail Deltas or try our popular 12-foot Box Deltas.

Exchange Options:

  • Size exchanges (upgrade or downsize)
  • Model exchanges within the same price range
  • Color or style variations (subject to availability)

For exchanges, we’ll issue a return shipping label once we receive your returned item. The replacement kite will be shipped via your original shipping method.
